Membership Details

This includes a one time payment and coverage for a full year:

Seed (Ages 0 – 2 years)
- 1st child: $300, 2nd child: $250
Sprout (Ages 3 – 12 years)
- 1st child: $400, 2nd child: $350
Flower (Ages 13 and up)
- 1st child: $500, 2nd child: $450
